Is it consistent with my financial means, with the immobilization of funds it may entail and with my objectives? Does the proposed investment have real economic substance, or is it merely an attractive scheme?

Financial Criteria

Profitability is a key factor; however, I am wary of returns that cannot be verified, especially in certain complex schemes. Someone offering exceptional returns shouldn’t need to be in front of me to present them!

Civil Aspects

Who subscribes? Who buys? Who has the power to manage? What happens in case of disappearance? What is the most suitable form of ownership to manage, control, or pass on my financial or real estate assets?

Tax Aspects

Do I need to generate income from my assets while subjecting them to taxation? Are all tax-efficient investments suitable for my situation? Is the method of holding my assets the most tax-efficient?
